The shuttle driver gives you their cell phone number so you can call for a ride back to literally your front door. They call the shuttle from the front desk for you, and it appears within minutes. The shuttle to the casino isn't just available on a schedule. We stopped a nice young man named Michael, who left the grounds to go to the convenience store to pick up several books of matches for us (stove pilot didn't light). They literally drive around the park all day and night, doing security checks and being available for requests of any kind. The service at this park is outstanding, hence the 5 stars. The pool looks great but we did not use it on this trip. The shower/bath areas are big and luxurious, and spotless. The clubhouse is comfortable and inviting. The pads are big and wide and level, the hook-ups are convenient and easy. As it's a newer park, the trees and shrubs are still young, but it will be really lovely in a few years when they have grown. A friend and I recently spent 3 wonderful days at Pala Casino RV Resort, and we loved it!įirst, the grounds are beautiful and stringently well-kept.
